Mark Guzardo Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Myself and not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me . Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.

Leandro Castro Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

People should be free to use their money however they want, especially deciding on what to invest.
We are already allowed to gamble, consume unhealthy food, or buy superfluous goods, including digital ones, with no tangible value nor ROI. Since we are not limited when we are simply spending money, we should not be limited when investing money either.
Investment opportunities should not be restricted to a small segment of society.
Liberty and pursuit of happiness are some of unalienable Rights.
