I don't believe that the government or any other entity should have any control on what you make financially.
I should be able to choose my own public investments and
not a disinterested party.
I have traded leveraged investments for over 10 years and understand the risk involved - and with today's volatile markets it enables me to better control potential wild market swings without risking a large amount of capital..
I am against the proposal to limit individual investors access to leveraged investments. Their use is an important part of my investment plan to take advantage of short term opportunities in the market.
Government has no place in our ability to invest as we see fit. Nor or they so smart that they should be in every matter of our lives. We the people govern ourselves. Learn our constitution and back off! We have had it with those who think they rule over us. Trump was for America. Yall just didnt want to be exposed so you did everything yall could to divert our attention. But let me tell you, we know what youre doing.
I believe that I should have the right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I am an educated investor who reads, studies, and backtests the stock market. Leveraged index funds are an appropriate investment for me and my risk tolerance and these funds should remain available to the public
To whom it may concern,
I find it surprising this topic is up for a debate in a country which prides itself on liberty and freedom. I responded to a similar attempt at removing these investor freedoms last year.
I hope responding to these petitions does not become an annual exercise. I should not have to petition for my freedom every year.
Hello, I heard that there's going to be a regulation on leveraged and inverse funds. I know that the market hasn't been good lately and I assume it negatively impacted many individuals, but I believe that's similar to the regular stock market. I admit that there are dangeroud funds (TQQQ or SQQQ) but many funds are a good way for people to distribute the stock evenly and many times better than purchasing just one company's stock. I believe it's wrong to just regulate all funds when there are many helpful funds that are better than purchasing single company stock.
Please do not make any changes to the regulation that would restrict an individuals right to invest freely in all investment options. It shouldnt be up to any committee, board, etc to decide what I have the ability to invest my money in.
