It is not the product. It's the folks who buy them and do not have a clue regarding how they should be used. Ban them not the product.

Don't do this. This is not what you call "enhancement" it is "control". Educate the investors. Have brokers create warnings and disclosures. Many already are. Stop making the *free market system*, less free.

Please stay away from all monetary transactions. Already there are cities and counties charging property tax even though the laws clearly are only defined for Business Property.
Here you are doing exactly the opposite of what the constitution states. The nonsense of the US Gov putting up citizens land as Collateral for loans from the IMF is not enough I assume.

It is not your responsibility to decide what I can and cannot invest in. Sure, prevent illegal things like pump and dumps, ponzi schemes, and boiler rooms, but do them withold the opportunity to make a reasonable decision on what I can or cannot do with my money because you don't think I'm worthy, smart enough, or rich enough already to do so. Personal responsibility is important, and if I'm wrong, I have to live with that, not you. You're not my mother, so stop acting like it.

You are trying to get only rich to be able to use leverage? Stop trying to keep the working class poor. Let everyone use leveraged and inverse funds!!!!

I have been investing for over 30 years. I have a passion for studying the markets and paying attention to the economy and market cycles. Over 30 years I have personally experienced the best bull markets and bear markets of the past 75 years. If there is one thing I have learned, there is NO reason to be bullish (long the stock market) 100% of the time, and there is No reason to be bearish 100% of the time. I have my own indicators which tell me when it's time to be Bullish and when to be Bearish.

No limits on individual investing, none of you should favor curtailing my rights!

I have the freedom to invest. I want the freedoms of our forefathers to remain in our best interests.
