The government has absolutely no right or authority to restrict any individual from investing in any legal investment bar none.
Regulators, please stop imposing more restrictions in an attempt to stop a very small minority of irresponsible investors that ruin it for the rest of us. Do place restrictions on leveraged and/or inverse funds. I trade with these investments vehicles on a somewhat regular basis and they are an essential component of my portfolio. Why punish me for the incompetence and laziness of investors that made ill-informed decisions? These instruments/funds are safe and should not be regulated or worse, restricted to only elite firms.
I believe it is in my best interest to be able to invest in leveraged funds or not. As with any investment made available to the public, there are risks involved. There are so many other types of funds that have more risk than leveraged ETFs which are not under scrutiny.
Please allow these investments available to the public.
It has come to my attention that many in government want to restrict the ability for the middle and lower classes to build wealth and ascend the financial ladder by destroying many investment vehicles.
This is apart of the greater plan set in motion by the great reset to massively redistribute wealth to favor the elite and severely disadvantage the other people in the world.
We have the right to invest in anything that is available. We can investigate before investing. WE must be free.
Good day! As an investor, I have the right to invest in whatever financial vehicles I choose without interference. Seriously a test???? I am putting my money where I want and should be able to do so sans any government regulatory requirements! My money, my choice, sans any interference!
Kathy
I believe I should be able to do invest even if relatively risky investmentss--though for me, who holds funds forever--I believe there is little adverse risk.
I want to invest the way l want to. Keep your political hands out of it !!!!!
It is my belief that there should be no restrictions on who can or can not invest in anything other than cost.
