I have been trading leveraged ETNs and ETFs for years and are a major part of my trading strategy. I do not have I high net worth and this proposal would bar me from performing these transactions.
I strongly implore you to reject additional regulations on "complex" investment opportunities.
Ultra Real Estate (URE) has been my absolute best-performing investment in my portfolio. I was and still am aware that gains and losses are 2x in either direction and am satisfied with this holding. Please leave people's investments in these ETFs alone. If I lose money, I will not come to you crying - it was an investment with money that I will not use until retirement in the 2040s.
Before the government starts passing legislation spying on citizens ,show us yours government officials first. You are working for us citizens. No big Brother, no digital currency, no one world order. You government officials spent our money. You should all pay it back. Your nothing but a bunch of thiefs and liars. What hatto our country?
I oppose regulatory limitations on my ability to manage my investments
I believe I have the rights to make my own person choices.
Investing on any asset class should be a personal decision. Those investors that do our due diligence to educate ourselves before investing and that may not be considered 'high net worth' should be able to have the same opportunities than 'high net worth' companies and individuals. I understand the risks and time decay of leverage investments and do not need to prove to any regulators of my knowledge by taking any tests that may be discriminatory in nature.
there shoulld not be restrictions pute on my right to invest on any public inmentment offeringor public offerings this is not some thing just for the rich.
Investors should have the ability to invest at their own risk to leveraged and inverse funds. Taking that ability away would be detrimental to investors. Retail should have the ability to invest their money as they see fit.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
My Investment Advisor of many years experience has managed my investments to my satisfaction for over 15 years.
The very idea that an unknown, to me, group of so called regulators will over ride what investments I select and all other "none of their business" personal information is totally un- acceptable and totally infuriating to me personally.
