I strongly appose the proposed restrictions on any investments. It should up to me the investor to decide what i want to do with MY money.

These restrictions will cause turbulence in trading these securities and lead to billions in losses to investors who hold these now

These are very important tools that need to be available to all investors. Regulation is not the solution. The unintended consequences are immeasurable!

I oppose limitation on leveraged and inverse investments. I should be able to choose which investments that are right for me. Leveraged and inverse securities are an important part of my portfolio construction, and should not require me to go through a special process to access.

Those who take the time to understand how they work and how they can make help your portfolio should absolutely be able to trade them. Additionally inverse funds are a great way for individual investors to minimize there portfolios volatility.
