Regulate market makers in regards to options not retail traders.

Why is the government so interested in what its citizen do with their own hard-earned capital? It is a disgrace we civilians must be held at the will of the government's decisions. Allow us to trade at our own will!

You people should concentrate on regulating the markets so that corrupt politicians don't pocket all the cash. I am an investor in leverage funds, inverse index funds, and various short ETFs, some of which are risky. I am capable of deciding what to do with my own money. I am capable of assessing my risk tolerance. We the people don't need to be treated like babies. Some of my favorites are UVXY, SPXU, SOXS, TECL, SOXL, TQQQ, SQQQ, TECS. These funds allow me to have a broad investment portfolio.

I do not need the government to protect me from myself by imposing limits on my financial freedom. I am an adult American who has been investing for a long time. I know what I am doing. I have a 7000% return over the last 20 years. please take your nanny state and go elsewhere.

I am a current investor in leveraged ETFs. I understand the risks fully and do not wish to have this investment vehicle taken away from me. Retail investors are already at huge disadvantages before taking them away and this would only make it worse.
