Comments: Im concerned that FINRA will attempt to strip away the ability for these products to be used effectively by active traders who use these complex products for what they were made for, short-term active trading. I understand why you would want to help those who use these for the wrong reasons, such as long-term investing, what they were not made for.

Too much government in our lives

We are capable of understanding the complexities of leveraged funds and have a need to use these products on a daily basis to meet our goals. We do this with full understanding. If we were being coerced by a broker to engage in one of these funds or ETFs it might be a different issue. Please do not regulate or remove our ability to protect against losses with leveraged funds. It is much easier to do this way instead of using options.

What right does this agency have to take away the freedom of a average every day people. This 6 just another way for the rich to richer off the average working class. It's an unfair advantage for the wealthy 1% to take from those who are struggling to make ends m6.

Are you crazy or stupid? Becuase we aren't quit playing games.that alow unfair advantages to people who already have vast amounts of money. I invest monthly and dividends have basically taken me out of poverty

I like to make my own decisions. If I want to use leverage funds; I am not sure why anyone in Washington should block me. You all delisted some 2X and 3X funds I was holding a few years ago and it took away an opportunity to make money in a rising market.

I am a veteran who proudly served my country and to be told that I have to be accredited to participate in certain assets is un American. Retail investors should be able to have access to opportunities to help improve their financial well being. Level playing field. God bless America!!!!

I'm shocked and appalled at the idea of this. Why is it that the powers that be never fail at trying to crush the little guy? When I received notification from my Broker I had to call to verify because I just knew it was a scam to get my info. Is this not AMERICA? Let me tell you a little about me. I'm a High School dropout. I always wanted to be a rock star so my studies suffered. In my early twenties I became a Father. By the year 2000 I was a 28 year old Father of 2 supporting them on a salary of lower level retail management.

I should not have to take a test to be able to make investments of ANY kind!
