I would like you to leave leveraged ETFs alone. I should be able to choose to have a risky security in my portfolio. At WORST, I would be willing to accept a qualification process based on risk tolerance, but not amount of income or assets, or experience. I,e a poor but educated and informed aggressive investor should not be prohibited.
Thank you
I don.'t need or want anymore regulations on my investments
I feel that I'm savy and knowledgeable enough to understand the risks associated with investments in these bitcoin related funds and don't want to be prohibited from investing in them.
We are strongly opposed to FINRAs additional regulation on public securities. It would severely limit peoples investment choices while putting extreme burden on the broker dealers. A as long-time member of FINRA, it is very disappointing to see FINRA simply increase regulation rather that make any attempt to make regulation work on behalf of the public, and the people they are supposedly serving.
I am appalled that the SEC thinks they have the right to tell how and when is acceptable for me to invest in any instrument. I am a frequent investor in leveraged and inverse funds and demand that you take no actions that infringe in any way on my ability to continue to do so. These investments should be available to all, not just to a privileged few. I insist that you drop all planned actions that interfere with my ability to make such investments or in any way hinder my ability to freely invest as I choose.
I strongly believe I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Additionally, I should not have to take a test to enjoy the opportunity to invest.
I as an investor who chose to do my own research on a variety of public securities after seeking the advice of a financial advisor and broker am confident in my own abilities and do not require coddling and layers of testing and restrictions on my portfolio.
Its very strange in the timing of all this potential regulation, as the stock market is crumbling around us. Limiting the average person the ability to bet against the sp500 and profiting off of other peoples greed. I think inverse stocks are being attacked by regulators (ie Politicians) because they dont want the common person to profit off such a major impending stock market crash. Ill continue to invest in whatever I want, its my money.
Don't put any limits on free investments. Our Country was founded on Freedom and to limit the amount that a person can invest will shut down American's creativity and entrepenreurship.
