Hello, what's going on? Why the sudden change? How will it impact? Need all the details.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. I am against further restrictions against smaller investors. I should not have to take any additional classes or have any special authorization to invest in leveraged or inverse funds. I understand that these are higher risk investments and I believe that I have the same right to trade them as any large corporate investor. I shouldn't have to pass a test as anyone who is investing in a 3 times inverse ETF is most likely financially literate enough to understand the risks.
Hello, I have been investing in leveraged inverse funds for as long as they have been around. I fully understand the risks and use them only as very short term hedges. They have been a very important tool in enabling me to dampen volatility of my returns over the years, and as a result I have achieved a very respectable Sharpe ratio.
Please do not make me jump through hoops to use them.
Thanks for your consideration.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before you can invest in public securities.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to your
investment strategies.
Let me buy whatever I want. Limiting it this to just the wealthy is proof that our democracy is just an oligarchy.
Dear Sir,
I am just learned that my right to freely invest my money in the leveraged product might be taken away by the regulations. This is not acceptable. As intelligent investor we know our risk and reward calculations. Do not do the in the name of protection of investors. Keep your hands off my money and my options to investing it
Prospectus is clear and concise. Products like TQQQ are behaving exactly as expected. No additional regulation is necessary.
Going through any special process like passing a test will be a great burden to me since I am 72 years old.
For numerous reasons I am opposed to any regulations that makes it more onerous on an individual to make any investments of their choosing whether they may be individual securities or leveragred funds.
