I strongly believe it is of the utmost importance that the general public be allowed to invest in these publicly available securities. They allow people with smaller amounts of capital to get the exposure they need to the market, and invest for they and their family's future financial well-being. Limiting these investments to professionals or only those with high capital would be class warfare. Those who invest in leveraged funds already view a warning before purchasing the securities, and I fully understand and accept the risks I assume by investing in them.

I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.

Comments: There is absolutely no need for the net worth requirement. This will just shut shrewd young retail investor out of the market and entrench the wealth inequality.

People have the right to choose what area they invest in and to deal with the risk/rewards that are the outcome. Limiting these opportunities will not mitigate any negative outcomes.

i am opposed of additional regulations for the invest of proshare or similar investment vehicle. besides limiting future investors it will hurt the current investor by making the invest less liquid in nature. additional, the rules proposed do not help investor and therefore should not be implemented. please vote to not add additional regulations. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to your investment strategies. i use them to leverage protect my investments. And i use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio

Please allow anyone to invest in leveraged funds. I invest in a leveraged fund of the S&P 500 index fund. Can you think of another index or benchmark that is safer? This merely doubles it. It's not risky over the long term at all.

To whom it may concern,

I support the ability to be able to invest in leveraged funds. Do not take this valuable tool away from investors.

Please do not make it so I can not or make it harder to invest in leverage funds. I have been investing in them for about three years now and have made more money from them than any other form of investing.

I strongly oppose any restriction to invest in leveraged and inverse funds.
Anyone should be FREE to make their own decisions and take their own risk for any investment one deems appropriate for their circumstances.
Leverage and inverse funds are an excellent tool to hedge against stocks and market risk and also to enhance returns in the short run as well as in the long run.
