James Yancey Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Hi, I have been Investing for 30+ years. I do not feel that I need to have someone else tell me that I would need to complete A test to determine what I can invest in and not invest in. I use Inverse and leverage funds to invest in as part of my investment strategy. Unless someone wants to guarantee losses on my own Investments then no one should tell me what I can invest in without having some regulations. I want to be able to invest the way I please.

John DiFonzo Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Freedom and self-determination are essential to a better life for me and my family. I have spent much time and dollars to equip myself for trading options and futures to which I have been able to better my returns and hedge my accounts from future declines. Therefore, I say that I should have the freedom to engage with these instruments without interference to achieve my financial objectives. Thank you, John DiFonzo

Michael Smith Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

It is not the responsibility of FINRA to limit my access to publicly available investment vehicles. The investments under consideration for restriction have clear, concise, and readily-available prospectuses that explain the risks and further restrictions or tests should not be permitted. Financial and securities restrictions should exist to protect investors from illicit or deceptive practices; the proposed vehicles, being publicly available and subject to current regulatory oversight, should not be subject to any additional restriction.
