Inverse funds are essential hedging investments for long term investors when the market is in a bear trend. DO YOU JUST WANT THE PUBLIC TO LOSE MONEY DURING BEAR MARKETS???

It doesnt make sense to have all these requirements to buy complex investments. Investors need to take responsibility when they make a purchase that results in a big loss. It is common sense to do research and manage your own risks before buying complex securities. It is not fair to have investors meet all these requirements before a complex security is brought. By doing basic research on the internet, anyone can find out the risks in buying complex securities to make a decision. I have traded leveraged ETFs for years with no issue. I have no financial background.

You cant even invest your own money wisely, what makes you think you should be determining how I invest?

I am 63 years old and well versed in the use of leveraged investment tools and wish you would find something else to waste your time on. For the uninformed investors they will learn like I did and no legislation will stop some people from making poor decisions

I have used leveraged funds for 7 years to build my retirement funds. I invest only a small portion of funds to buy leveraged funds. I will soon use them to provide some retirement funds. Please do not restrict my ability to use these investments.

I've successfully used leveraged and inverse funds for several years, and have been able to more quickly rebuild my retirement account as a result of the economic damage incurred during the last financial crisis.
I strongly support these investment tools that believe they should continue to be available to everyone without restrictive policies and exclusions.
