I have traded these products for thirty years. I understand the risks and rewards.These products are needed for liquidity, price discovery and hedging. The volume of these products clearly shows that they are needed. Investments must be available to all members of the public, not just to s select few, selected by some arbitrary process. A signed document, in the customers account file, that explains the risks is enough to allow individuals the opportunity to trade these products.

That is clearly an overreach!

I sincerely oppose any limitations on my ability (right) to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I have already read and understand the risks associated with this type of vehicle and have been successfully using certain leveraged and inverse funds to hedge my long-term investments.
These are PUBLIC investments and should be available to all investors, not just the mega-wealthy and privileged few.

Why is everyone always trying to restrict the freedoms we already enjoy. It's my money and I should be able to spend it or invest it any way I please. I believe I should have the right to invest in anything I feel comfortable with. Don't take my right to invest away.

Please do not limit the ability of investors. It is i democratic and unfair

I think that ordinary ( not regulators ) should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

Im an experienced trader and have been trading leveraged ETFs for long long time. I want to continue trade them without any restrictions.
