I oppose restrictions on your right to invest in public investments.

Taking away financial tools including leveraged funds only hurts retail investors like myself. Everyone should have the opportunity to learn, understand, and invest in these securities based on their own strategy and investment goals.

Let people make their own risks and stop making regulations to limit us.

My name is ShiouChin To. I am writing to oppose limitations on my investments. I am a knowledgeable investor who actively manage my investment portfolio prudently. I assess risk carefully and do the investment based on my risk tolerance. I should have the freedom to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family in order to achieve long-term financial security. Leveraged and inverse funds (L & I funds) are very important to me as they allow me to protect my investments or seek enhanced returns.

Overreaching regulation. Do not support. Micro mgmt by government agency to protect citizens. We have seen what effect this has had over last 2 years. Vote against. Passage will incur further conservative responses and gains.

Leveraged ETFs give me a cheap and diversified option to build wealth. Please do not restrict my ability to invest in them.

I feel this is a violation of my freedom to make my own decisions, in my finance, the goverment and left wing democrats need to quit pushing socialism on this country, that was founded on freedom of speech, and the rite to choose what is best for ones self.

Restrictions to leveraged funds for retails investors is inequality. As a retail investor, weve had enough of this . Please do NOT restrict these funds.

I dont feel the gov. Has any right to limit my use of inverse etfs under any circumstances

Leave my investment alone. I spent years with losses, now that things are going my way and am recovering my losses, you want to pull out the rug and leave me out in the cold is wrong, if not even evil. How can I even have any confidence if you change the game that causes me damage.
