I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST

Please dont take away my right to make my own investment decisions. I choose to make educated investments in leveraged and inverse funds as part of my investment strategy and am perfectly capable of managing the risks that comes with them.

They just can't wait to destroy us while they remain rich. A minister of truth and what truth would that be??

I believe that it is my right as an investor, to freely access the entirety of the public securities markets, and invest as I choose, without arbitrary restrictions.

I have an existing position in pro shares short the S&P 500 because I Believe that stocks are dangerously over valued ,and as a hedge if my retirement fund should go broke.

Telling one how they can invest/spend/lose or grow their money, or NOT allowing one to do what they want with their money is against American freedom. Should I not be able to work in certain jobs because I'm not sophisticated or privileged?...of course we no that isn't the case. Make sure disclaimers are read and let 'adults' make their own decisions. If they want to burn their money in their backyards they should be able to do so, so should you, and so should I. These tools are very useful and you would be hurting me, against my will, to 'protect' me?

I believe it is I alone, and not regulators who should be ablel to choose those public investments which I deem right for me and my family. I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks and accept total responsibility for my actions.

I am a government employee and also invest my hard earned money and do not want to see over regulations restricting my options while allowing big pocket companies access to the same investments. Please let us choose what we invest on and let us keep the responsibility to be informed and educated. We are adults and should not be tested for where we invest our money. Thank you.
