Thank you for considering my comments on Proposed Rule #22-08. I oppose Proposed Rule #22-08 because these restrictions discourage smaller individual investors seeking a level playing field with larger "players" in the markets. The risks associated with these securities are not difficult to understand or evaluate for responsible individuals. Investors should have the unencumbered right to invest in these types of securities.
Please allow me to invest public inverse funds as hedges.
I believe that each individual should take the time to understand and then accept the risks of the instruments they use to invest or they should not be using these instruments.
In my opinion, I support the right of individuals to use leveraged ETFs and other alternative financial instruments as a part of their investment strategy. I do not support the government limiting the individual's right to restrict the use of such instruments.
Hi, Please don't restrict our ability to invest in these leveraged ETF specially now because markets are down. I invested in peak time and if you force me to exit now I will never be able to recover my loss. Please and thank you
I would oppose FINRA regulatory notice #22-08. Regulators should not be able to choose which public investments that me or my family can make.
I should not have to pass a test to invest in public securities.
Brokers should not be required to screen me before I can invest in public securities.
Leveraged and inverse funds allow me to better hedge my portfolio.
FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08 should be rejected.
I oppose any limitations on my ability to buy any funds.
I disagree with anyone telling me where I can invest my hard earned money.
our freedoms are being regulated, so e are being denied. Do not do any more damage to this country. I'm sick to see the destruction this administration has caused already
I have been been investing in public securities for along time, I have done research on the companies I Invest in and have done fine. I don't need another bureaucrat to telling me what I should invest in,
