Hello,
I invest in these funds consistently and don't want to lose access to do so. We already go through a questionnaire that confirms we know what we're doing when we start investing in these or open a brokerage account. There is no need for this.
Allowing to invest can change millions of lives for the better dont take hat away
Don't limit my abilities to berter myself please
Do not limit these funds to high net worth individuals or micromanage investors. Leverage is part of investing. It's an unfair advange if this is restricted to accredited investors
I invest in leveraged funds. I would not meet all the criteria, but I know what I'm doing. Please do not take away my financial strategy.
We should have every right in a democracy to use leveraged ETFs
we need to deregulate
I oppose the pending restrictions on my investment choices
by FINRA.
I think the proposed regulations are unfair and unworkable.
I own cryptocurrency positions in several ETFs and CEFs.
To impose Rule #22-08 would be completely un-American. Investors, other than holding government positions, should be able to invest in any stock, from penny stock to unlimited. This is another unfair, power grab law. Setting the powerful Uber rich above everyone else. This is wrong.
