Dan Wilson Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
This protects no one and just enables the wealthy to preserve their wealth. A totally ill conceived regulation. While I am not wealthy I use these vehicles to limit market volatility effects.

I am against the move to limit my investment choices. Why cant you leave us alone.
Im 58 years old. I have more than ten years of investing experience and have amassed more than three millions in stock assets, mainly by using leveraged ETFs to take advantage of severe market sell offs such as 2008 financial crisis and Covid-19 pandemic. I have found that the leveraged ETFs are extremely powerful investing tools for experienced and responsible long-term investors like myself who are risk tolerant and can execute in an efficient and controlled manner. I think it should be investors decision on which public funds to use in their investment. Thanks for consideration.
I want the right to invest in whatever I want, whenever I want. These regulations are unjust and only hurt the people that investing is supposed to be helping, the people.
Another government overreach on Retial investors. This should not be decided by unelected officials
I oppose this legislation
Dear FINRA Regulators,
Please don't place limitation on buying leveraged and inverse funds, that is an important option for many traders, and those funds are not complicate and not risky in general. I have traded leveraged/inverse ETFs for many years, didn't experience any problems with them.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
We as investors should have the right to invest how we choose. We have too many regulations already handcuffing retail investors. Stop with the over-regulation of retail investors. I think the last year or two in the market has proven that we've had enough with the [REDACTED]!
As an investor, I'd like to decide for myself for what I can invest in. I oppose for the regulators to limit my freedom of choice when it comes to what I can invest.
I should not have to go through any unnecessary special process such as passing a test before I can invest in any publicly available investment products including leveraged and inverse funds.
Hello,
I feel it is extremely important to write to you regarding restrictions as to what my choices are to invest in. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for myself and my family and those choices should include a broad spectrum of choices and not be limited by regulation.
