I'm opposed to this Bill
It is the right of everyone to have the equal opportunities in every aspect of life. The right to invest in products such as these should not be limited to a general definition of qualified. I did better for my personal finances than my employer matched IRA (managed by Raymond James since post Covid crash 2020) even though I began my investing journey in 2021. Removing the ability to invest takes away potential growth from future generations.
Us not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged. I find this absolutely atrocious and in very bad taste. I demand this to be stopped (with respect) immediately to protect those of the free public and not the privileged.
Sincerely,
Wade .M. Benjamin

As a retail investor and woman, I am opposed to all rules such as this, that allow the rich to invest more freely than me. I resent the insinuation that I don't understand the risk of my investments. This is an equity/class issue! Do better.
Oppose the proposed regulations
Greetings,
As an individual investor with broad experience I respectfully request you halt further regulation regarding inverse and funds. These products allow investors to express their views on the market inexpensively and with considerable liquidity. To remove this ability is to deprive one of their freedom to choose.
I TOTALLY oppose restrictions to my right to invest! Just like freedom of speech, government isn't to be stopping freedom to invest! I know what is risky or not! I'm NOT stupid! I've been investing in leveraged funds for over ten years and doubled my HSA Medical account! Just think what little Medical funds I would have available with the government intervening. It would be ridiculous for me to have to pass a test just to invest! Leave things as they are!
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my fear and displeasure in relation to the regulations being considered by FINRA that would prevent investors like myself from accessing products like leveraged ETFs.
I have worked for a decade in the financial industry designing systematic financial products and am a CFA charterholder.
I, like many others, have held positions in leveraged investments for years and they are a very important part of my investment strategy.
Hi,
I know investing is a risk, but I would like to continue investing in leveraged and inverse funds offered by Proshares with out restrictions.
Do NOT limit or Restrict my right to buy inverse or leveraged funds or ETFS. THANK YOU
