Chad Senna Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
I do not want more obstacles in the way for investing. It should be easy for everyone.

We should have the choice to invest in letfs
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in the investments that i choose. I, not regulators, should decide what investment strategy is good for me. If you regulate leveraged and inverse funds, what investments will you regulate in the future? This is a slippery slope. Inverse funds are great for a hedge. And what is the issue, shorting has been allowed forever and is much more risky due to the unlimited loss potential in shorting. Are you going to regulate shorting as well?
This is utterly stupid. Let us make our own decisions. We don't need to be pampered like 2 year olds. I'm sick and tired of useless legislation that helps NO ONE.
I invest in leveraged ETFs and have done so since at least 2015. I understand they are complex and, as a non-professional investor, I understand do not fully understand them. However, I do understand the single most important factor about leveraged ETFs: I am at risk of losing money (and at greater risk versus non-leveraged ETFs). That point is not complex and is not difficult to understand. Further, it is true of any stock market investment.
Its my choice!
I oppose any measures that could prevent or restrict investors from buying a broad range of public securities designated as complex productswhich could include the leveraged and inverse fundsoffered by ProShares.
I am writing in regards to possible legislation which would limit the use of leveraged and inverse ETF's. I ask that you please do not limit or get rid of these ETF's. These financial instruments have given me the ability to grow my retirement account faster and provide supplemental income for my family. If you want to put an additional disclaimer that investors are required to sign, stating that they understand the risks involved, that is great, but do not take away our freedom to trade these ETFs!
Dear sir/madam,
I understand the risk of leverage and inverse etf trading or buying for my account. So please let us keep trade or buy.
Thank you
I am against a notice from March 8, 22 to buy funds offered by ProShares. You shouldnt prevent or restrict investors ability to buy the funds. If they want to make a profit and pay taxes on it - its good for the country.
