Do not change current regulations

I believe I should be able to choose investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to everyone. I shouldn't have to go through special processes to invest in public securities. I understand leveraged and inverse funds and I consider the risks each time I elect to add these funds to my individual portfolio.

It is imperative to keep the Leveraged Financial Instruments available without additional strictures. It is necessary for rounding out a well managed portfolio.

Access is a good thing. Limit holdings period s and say 5% of holdings

Inverse funds and to a lesser extent leveraged funds are very important tools that investors need to have available. Please do not take them away as they are important to portfolio construction in certain market environments.

I dont agree that someone or the institution set limits on how people invest their money. Its a fair market. Even worse when those limits are coated of its a way to protect your money

We need fewer regulations

It is not right to tell people what they can or cannot do. We the public should have the right to buy what we please for our investments. It is our money and not yours.
