Bomjoon Kim Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

to whom it may concern. i oppose restrictions to my right to invest in leveraged funds that are available for publics. leveraged funds play critical roles in my investment strategy and i am well aware of the risks in investing/trading in these funds. in fact, risks in buying these funds are too clear so that no tests or measurement of knowldege is required. hopefully FINRA regulators leave theses leveraged funds as is for public retail investors so that we can play a fair game against the privileged. Thank you Sincerely

James Armholt Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I disagree with your proposed regulation to restrict the purchase of leveraged and inverse funds and dozens of other popular investments deemed to be complex unless you:
Pass a regulator-imposed test of your specialized investment knowledge
Demonstrate a high net worth
Get special approval from your broker
Attest to reading certain materials
Go through cooling off periods during which you cant invest
This is just more government over-reach which violates a person's right to choose. I ask you to withdraw this proposal. Thank you.
