Im a normal everyday retail investor who's been continuously using leveraged ETF's for multiple years now.

Im a simple investor dollar cost averaging my funds and realize the risks that come with it, and that I could potentially lose everything.

Please understand that restricting retail investors and only allowing people with a "high net worth" or "experienced professionals" is simply unfair for those who are pushing towards a truly fair market where everyone can decide how they want to use their money.

I explicitly oppose the restrictions to my right to invest. No one, specially not regulators, should be able to choose public investments. There shouldn't be hoops to jump through just to do what the privileged are able to do. My choice of investments, in this case, leveraged and inverse funds are key to my personal success by protecting my other investments. You do not have the right to tell the public how to manage their money, stop it now!

We should be able to choose the public investments that are right for us and our family. And public should be treated equal, public investment should be available to all of the public not just the privileged.

Public securities are just that, "Public". And, if crypto related public securities are having special testing/restrictions being placed on the security in advance of the investor choice, this is an undue and illegal method to reduce investor interest or involvement in the related security.

We should all have the right to invest when where and how we want. We have worked hard for the money we have an taking away a tool is unjustified

My personal income and livelihood is based on my access to a broad variety of public investments. As an active trader, I have learned to use a mix of these to produce a modest, reliable, steady income regardless of market conditions. Leveraged ETFs (inverse or otherwise) are critical tools that allow me to minimize my exposure and preserve my capital. I prefer these ETFs to more time-sensitive options that other, more sophisticated investors often use.

Dear Regulators, I am an independent and responsible trader and I use leveraged funds as part of my trading strategy. I make a living doing this. Please take small investors into account when making decisions that might greatly reduce there way of making a living.
