Pro shares leverage has made me tons of profit and I use it to hedge risk. Do not limit my ability to hedge risk while you guys in the government increase the debt, destroy the dollar, and destroy the economy because you guys werent prepared for Covid. To cover up your mistakes you too leveraged and hedged risk to save the economy but it is us the tax payers that have to pay for your screwups.

These leveraged and inverse products are valuable instruments for managing risk and seeking enhanced returns. I understand these instruments and I object to any friction that prevents me, or any other investor, from using them.

I am disappointed to hear in the addition of more regulation possibly being put in place impacting the middle income investor. These regulations continue to give those with money more opportunities and those without less. I encourage you not to proceed.

I am against any regulatory restriction in the investments I choose to use.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for Me and My family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I like to have many investment options and that includes leveraged and inverse funds that can provide enhanced returns. I use these types of funds to diversify. Please do not limit access to these type of investment options.

Limiting my ability to invest in products that I wish to invest in does not help me it only harms the me as individual investor. Restrictions that limit investment based on net worth restricts investment in favor of wealthy individuals and not for the common benefit of all investors.

Being retail investors, we are already restricted in many investment opportunities. We believed that we should be the ones who could choose the public investment that was right for my family and me. In America, freedom should be the most priority, and public investments should be available to all of the public, and not just the riches.

We are comfortable with our risk-tolerant. And it should be us to decide what is suitable for us and not the regulator. The regulator should be there to protect the retail investor and not take away their choices.

As a free American, it should be totally within my rights to invest my money however I choose. Restricting an individuals ability to make their own investment decisions is in direct opposition to free market principles and as such cannot be allowed to happen.

Please DO NOT limit or ban inflows of leveraged ETF products for non-accredited investors. It is NOT fair and unnecessarily exclusionary. Some of us can invest responsibly using these financial products.

Please don't deprive the public from having the same access to investment vehicles as the large institutions. Thank you
