I am strongly opposed to the proposed legislation that would restrict investors access to leveraged funds. The warnings and disclosures currently in place ensure that investor understand what they are getting in to.

I am strongly opposed to the proposed rule to limit my investment options.

-I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
-I should not need to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in these securities.
-Leveraged and inverse funds are a crucial part of my investment strategy, and have been for over a decade. They are crucial to my hedging and investment protection strategy, and a key component for maximizing profits.

This is a very serious restriction on the middle class. I should be able to choose my investments that are right for me and my family not regulators. If this is taken away from us then the rich get richer and they become the privileged class. I have been investing for over 10 years and have done my own due diligence. I shouldn't have to pass a test or explain that I am capable of understanding investments and their risks. Please stop this madness!

Especially now that the Federal Reserve is in the process of raising interest rates and the stock market is selling off.

Please leave the leveraged and inverse funds alone.

I would request that I continue to be allowed to use leveraged funds as a part of my portfolio as I have been for many years. My specific investment style uses these funds as a carefully considered strategy for a relatively small portion of my investment portfolio. Going through vetting and complex processes will add nothing to my investing safely and ultimately I believe that I have the right to determine what is an appropriate investment for myself. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I use them to hedge my investments and since I do not use options, they are especially important to me.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Additional regulation would only serve as an unfair restriction on the public in investing in public securities. I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of making my own decisions and doing my own research, and everyone should have a right to those things.

I am not in favor of this rule and should not be restricted when I use my own money to invest and not on margin.

I oppose limitations on your ability to buy the Funds. That is my invest right. To buy public securities is my invest right. I don't want and need any test before I buy public securities.
