I want freedom to choose my investments
I oppose any restrictions on my, and my family's right to trade in ways that use leverage or inverse trading vehicles. I have been using these vehicles for the last 50 years without any negative impact. I understand how they work and the risks involved if used improperly. Therefore I do not need these proposed measures imposed on me or my family. Thank you for allowing me to share my opinions on this matter with you.

Re: FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08
To Whom it May Concern:
I am firmly opposed to any imposed regulations or restrictions of the open market buying and selling of leveraged and inverse investment products.
I am a retail investor that needs access to the same shares, instruments and leveraged techniques and hedges institutional and very well to do investors have. I understand and assume all risk with my capital. I use some of these instruments to seek higher returns in some cases or hedge against loss in other instances. As long as there is a prospectus and a warning on use and misuse of these tools, I and only I want to make the determination whether this may be the right strategy for me.
Please less, regulation.
This proposed regulation is TYPICAL government INTERFERENCE in the free market and should be thrown in the trash!
I do not appreciate government involvement in my investments
People should be allowed to freely invest in all ETFs/ETNs, without interference from bureaucrats.
Dear Regulators,
I oppose restrictions because people should have the freedom to buy the stocks and ETFs they like.
Don't be a nanny state, we don't need daddy government to tell us what we can and what we cannot invest our resources into. If idiots make bad decision, let them wither. Survival of the smartest?
