Markus Skupeika Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I as an investor, not regulators should be able to choose public investment which are right for myself & family.

We should not have to go thru any special process or passing a test to use these tools. I am extremely capable in understanding the risks of these inverse and leveraged funds.

These leverage and inverse funds are important to my investment strategy. I use them to protect downside risk and increase returns. By having lower priced assets and controlled stops, I can use these tools very effectively to keep my portfolio in balance during volatile times.

I oppose any restriction on my right to invest in public investments how I deem fit. It is MY MONEY NOT YOURS!

How dare you consider that you have any right to limit how I am allowed to invest. I should be able to invest MY MONEY any way that I believe provides a reasonable risk reward prospect for positive gain.

Leveraged funds are part of my investment strategy. I don't need or want to be licensed, certified, or restricted in any way from trading on margin securities or options.

Ron Kelly Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

With the world economy in the state it's in, it's imperative that investors have the right to invest where and when they so choose, without any regulations. I've been investing in leveraged and inverse funds for year, and fully understand all risks and rewards associated with them. Leveraged and inverse funds have helped me meet my retirement goals with their enhanced returns, and helped protect my portfolio during bearish cycles.... I strongly oppose any regulations being considered that may limit my ability to invest in them.
