Omar Esmail Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I_ not the regulators_ should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all the public and not just the privileged. I am capable of understanding inverse funds and their risks and I don't need restrictive measures imposed on me. I trade _ not invest_ inverse funds using my own short term strategies to enhance
returns. I hold the funds for not more 3 to 4 days and then sell them.

Brian Fendt Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I strongly oppose any regulator dictating where and how I can invest my personal money. Investments are an at risk activity and the potential for losses are not limited to leveraged and inverse ETFs. I am confident that I know my risk tolerance better than a federal regulator. If the investment is one I am comfortable investing in I am entitled to the freedom to invest my money, independent of any oversight hoops. You're overstepping your bounds.
