Dear Sir or Madam
I have responsibly used leveraged and inverse funds for > 5 years. I know exactly what they are and how they function. I strongly resist having to go through any special process, test, special limitations or any restrictions on my ability to purchase, sell short or otherwise trade these securities.
To whom it may concern,
The prospectus is clear and easy to understand. Products like TQQQ and SQQQ are behaving exactly as expected. No additional regulation is needed at this time. Thanks
This level of control is unnecessary, and instead just represents government overreach into what is otherwise free market capitalism. If investors feel that these funds are too risky or illegitimate, they will not and should not invest in them. It is unnecessary for the government to be involved in restricting the availability of such funds.
Ladies & Gentlemen,
I should be able to choose the investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all. I strongly appose restricting these options.
Thanks,
Dave Schuster
It is necessary to have the leverage ETF!
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. It is up to me, not regulators to chose what investments are right for me and my family. I shouldn't have to go through any special processes to invest. I am capable of learning what I need to invest on my own. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies - they are used in my portfolio to protect my investments and increase my returns on investment. I find it insulting that FINRA is attempting to take this right away from us and to control our ability to invest as we deem appropriate.
Please dont change the rules.
I oppose efforts by FINRA to restrict how I can invest (which could include leveraged and inverse funds). I well know the risks involved and choose to make my own decisions along the risk/reward path.
