Leave that for investors to decide. I have done 500+ option trades and paying Short term Gains Tax. I keep educating myself by attending webinars and on line courses by OCC etc.

Dear FINRA, I believe leveraged & inverse funds should be available to everyone not just the rich. I understand the risks of these investments so I invest accordingly. Please don't take this option away from any investor.
- I am just a regular investor, I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
- I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I invested in options years ago. I understand leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I DO NOT need these measures imposed on me.
I oppose limitations on my ability to buy the the leveraged and inverse funds offered by ProShares
These leveraged investments are a very important tool in my investment handbag. I use such investments very infrequently, when I feel it is appropriate. I know the risks, and only invest with leverage when it is appropriate. In my opinion, it is a much preferred tool than margin buying. Please do not prevent me from using these investments. I do not need FINRA's help in this matter. Thank you
These restrictions are egregious overreach by big government. The investment restrictions are simply greedy expansionist policies for the sake of controlling other people and justifying an unjustifiable budget that wastes tax payer money.
Leave my Retirement investments [REDACTED] alone ... PERIOD !!!!
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST!
I believe that myself, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
The term "complex products" is undefined and can be arbitrarily applied. I prefer to make my own investment decisions. I do not need anyone to tell me what is too complex. There are investment products on the market that do avoid because I consider them too complex or too risky. Certain option products and crypto currencies are things I avoid by choice. I do not need nor want some bureaucracy making decision that restrict my rights to choose and may not be beneficial to me or the markets.
I use a bond price inverse/leveraged ETF to protect myself against rising interest rates. I do not want any restrictions against my use of this fund or any other inverse/leveraged ETF.
The Federal Reserve has promoted non market interest rates for years- to my detriment. If you want to regulated someone- try them.
