Dear FINRA,

I have become aware of the unnecessary regulations planned for restricting my access to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I have been trading inverse and leveraged ETFs for the last four years without any issues. Adding restrictions will stop me from trading and investing in ETFs as well as many other investors that can profit from changes in the market trends.

Dear FINRA regulators,
We believe it is an investors right to freely access the entirety of the public securities markets without any arbitrary restrictions. Any restrictions could potentially deny us the freedom to choose investments that could help us achieve long-term financial security.

Leveraged and inverse ETFs are an important option for individual investors. They are NOT difficult to understand. Individual investors should have access to be able to both attempt to enhance returns and to hedge investments.
Equity investments in general are risk assets and do not have guarantees.

No one should be limited in their investment choices. Please don't pass this controversial bill.

It is unfair to limit access to these investments!

It is our rights to buy or sell all the public traded funds. Every stock or fund traded publicly has its risks and we understand it well. We as small investors shouldn't be discriminated by this restrictions. We need the freedom to decide which stocks or funds we want to buy as they are very important tools to achieve our long-term financial goals.

To whom it may concern,
I am opposed to any additional restrictions that may be placed on my ability to invest or trade invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I have invested in these ETFs for several years and have lost and made money. It seems very condescending for an agency to tell it's citizenry what is safe and what is unsafe when the government itself is bankrupting America by mismanaging the peoples money. Please stay in your own wheel-house and allow us to trade freely without any further restrictions - win or lose. This is the American way!
