I do not agree with this because doing this will make a lot of people loose more money by closing their current position or ability to add for new cost averages.

All stocks have risks. This is just a way for you guys to take advantage and bet against these leverage stocks on those dates to make money. If this is done and the stock goes my way after I will sue and so will many others.

I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need (or want) restrictions imposed me.

Do not over regulate public investments that is up to the individual. This is not a game for the rich your wiping out the average persons wealth by over regulation.
Leveraged securities are not a adverse risk to the investor.

As a small individual investor I frequently use leveraged and/or inverse funds. I have for years and am aware of the additional risk involved in using such investment vehicles. Usually I use these funds to take advantage of short term market trends. To suggest that some special knowledge, other than reading the prospectus, is absurd. And implementing a net worth requirement will ultimately exclude small investors from utilizing investment opportunities which have been available for some time.
