I strongly oppose any restrictions on investing in leveraged and inverse funds.
The public should be able to decide where to invest OUR money. I am a small investors and making these products only available to just the "privileged" is just another example of the unfairness in the current environment of our economic system.
As a small investor I am completely able to understand these funds and how to use them in my investing strategy. In fact they are extremely important to me for generating returns.

I strongly oppose FINRA Regulatory to restrict my right to utilize leveraged and inverse funds to make my investment choices. I use them extensively to hedge and to extend returns; and by regulating them, you are taking my freedom of investment choices. I believe this regulation also could lead to unfair or even discriminatory treatment of investors; regulation favorable toward high net worth and financial management companies. Please do the right thing and don't restrict people's right to choose their investment choices.

Look to who it mat concern i am not liking this push to communism since when do we need approval of a stock / investment if it have pasted muster with SECC this [REDACTED] has to stop and stop now

Inverse funds are a tool that even a small investor (in my 401K by the way) can use to hedge his portfolio in a situation like the one we've had in the last two weeks where markets have been declining, and may have further to go. I have offset some of the losses from my long portfolio with the gains from the inverse nasdaq position I'm holding.

Inverse funds are legitimate tools for managing risk. I would like to continue to have access to them.

Just writing to ask that you don't put limitations on what products people can invest in...the middle class has a difficult enough time getting ahead already without having regulators interveening in their private affairs...please allow people the freedom to make their own decisions.

I oppose to the regulation because I believe I have the right to choose any public investments as I want to invest in. Only allowing financial institutions to invest in leveraged investments is unfair to the public because it gives them the privilege to invest in potentially higher-return ETFs.

I am using UPRO and TMF in a portfolio that is balanced frequently.

I have traded stocks for over 35 years and one of the most important rights we have as investors is the ability to make our own decisions on what specific investment vehicles we choose to buy and sell. Regulators should not limit this ability for individuals and should instead focus on finding those individuals or corporations abusing the system. Anyone that is investing should do their own due diligence and determine the risk they are willing to take. I have made money and lost money while investing but I do not want someone telling me what I should or should not be investing in.

I am disagreeing with the concern and motion put forward to regulate ETF products with leverage and inverse properties. As an investor, I am capable of making an informed decision in regards to the risk I am willing to take on with my investments and therefore do not agree with the proposal to restrict these financial products to those with FINRA authorization or special knowledge. If there is an assumption that these things require specialized knowledge and are restricted to a private setting, then I am not being given the full American authority to pursue my goals with risk.
