I ask that you leave it to the investors as to what is a questionable investment. This way the investors know what they are playing with and can make a choice based on their research. I can place a bet with all my money or spend it in the lottery but I cant figure out my own investment. Please give us some credit as to think for ourselves. Thank you for your attention on this matter. Todd Miller
My main focus is on both leveraged and non-levered index ETF's for the DOW, Nasdaq and S&P, both long and inverse. I feel more comfortable investing in the market as a whole as opposed to individual stocks. They also allow me to protect my IRA on downturns as I am not allowed to short individual stocks and would find that far riskier. Please reconsider your proposed changes. Thank You. Risk and reward go together in Free Enterprise. The responsibility to understand risk and then willingness to engage are an individual's prerogative. Those of us who are educated, responsible, and recognize the downside should be allowed to invest in leveraged funds. I am somewhat offended that people who don't understand the risk "cry foul" when they don't get the result they expected, expecting someone to save them from their poor financial management.
It's our money you don't have right to what to do or take our money
Mind yall buissness. You steal enough money every day
Dear Finra
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.
We have went through the risky period including 2008-2009 Financial Crisis, March 2020 Covid panic with the help of leveraged/inverse funds which assit us to control the risk. The freedom of investment is part of democracy. If there is not much choice of investment, we wont invest in this market. Please do not restrict our right of investment.
Thank you for your consideration!
Me not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. This is and should remain our option and nobody else's. We the People of this Great Country Demand you not toy with our Rights
I utilize leveraged and inverse funds in my investment portfolio and I have never had problems with such funds. Many other people also benefit from it.
I was able to fund my son's college education by utilizing leverage funds.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments such as leveraged and inverse funds.
I am an individual investor. I believe that I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. Certainly I understand leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these measures imposed on me.
