Please do not bring regulations that stifle adoption and investment. This is all part of freedom being able to invest in an asset (precious metals, precious stones, stocks, bonds, currency or digital currency etc), claiming America being a free nation, and not allowing financial freedom such as investment as long it's within guidelines of law that protects the investor from scammers and the exchange that sells the digital asset / Crypto Currency etc.

I want the freedom to try even if it means failing!

What I choose to invest in is my personal business, it is not up to politicians to control every aspect of my life; you are elected "representatives," not lords or masters. And if you want to requires tests for investing, test the financial planners and require they are held accountable for their fiduciary position in recommending certain investment products.

Please stop preventing US nationals from benefiting a once in a lifetime opportunity . We deserve the same opportunity n ity as the rest of the world and can't afford to lose out on cryptos advantages while bypassed by China, Russia etc

Please continue to let retail investors utilize leverage and inverse ETFs. They have been a useful and simplified instrument for retail investors to invest. Taking these tools away remove the freedom in which retail investors can operate.

As a retired citizen I depend on my investments to supplement my retirement pay. Please do not mess with my ability to increase my returns by investing in leverance funds.

As a single senior woman investor, I want my voice to be heard. This is my life savings we are talking about, as slim as they may be compared to wealthy investors. 1. Leveraged and inverse funds are mandatory to me especially in this declining market, as they act like a hedge to protect my investments. 2. I have a financial advisor because I am not astute in financial matters.

Let us invest how we want. Why is there an attempt to regulate where we invest our money legally. Leveraged and inverse funds are important for increasing my retirement fund so I'm not working till I'm 70.

Dear Sirs, I strongly believe that all citizens should have the right to choose the public investments that they have decided upon. We should not have to go through any special selection process. We are capable of understanding the benefits and risks leveraged and and inverse funds. Participating in these funds are just as important for us, as to large corporations. We must all be treated equally,

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family, because this is my "small business" (this is my main source of income)
Public investments should be available to ALL of the public,
not just the privileged, because many retail investors do this for a living (not for fun). Give more regulations to the "TOO BIG TO FAIL" not to the "average Joe" like me
