Our lives are already being destroyed by taxing us to excess. Stopping us from making money is against all our country is supposed to be about. Hands off the crypto.
I am a sophisticated investor and make my own investment decisions. I have used inverse and leveraged funds for about 12-15 years. I manage my own investments and I do not want Regulators or anyone else telling me what I can and cannot purchase and sell. Leveraged and inverse funds play an important part in my investment portfolio. I also trade weekly options and do not want anymore restrictions.
To whom it may concern:
With great concern, I have learned about the restrictions that are being considered by regulators on investors' rights to invest in certain public investments like leveraged and inverse products.
I strongly object to further regulation of investors to buy leverage and inverse funds.
I rely on these funds to protect against the fall in value of my stock investments that I do not wish to sell in down markets.
I don't need more regulations to make investment decisions!!
Stop regulating my freedom to choose the investments I make. Why don't you go after the senators/congressmen for insider trading.
You not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
It is very important that you express your views in your own
