These leveraged funds provide outstanding trading and investment products for successfully managing my stock market investments. Individuals should have the same opportunities as the "professionals", many of whom do not perform as well as the good individual investor. There should not be barriers that prevent the average investor from participating in these products. The risks are apparent and most brokerage firms have their own warnings (TD Ameritrade - in bright yellow) or already prohibit trading (JP Morgan).

The American dream is a reason why many people come to the United States. There are different ways to reach that goal. Some work hard as a laborers and others go to school. But due to the issues of inflation people need to invest into the stock market to make sure they have that competitive edge. These different types of ETFs give them that opportunity without have to sacrifice time at their day jobs. Regulating who can and can't trade is a fundamentally class discrimination and should be considered illegal

I feel I should be allowed to choose the investments that are right for my family to invest in our future. The average american family needs to have the right to all investments, not just the wealthy, elite people of the world. It needs to be an easy process so average americans can increase their money as well. This helps keep down on people relying on other resources to have money.
